Road Tunnel Pollution and Filtration: Hon. Carl Scully MP just finished a conference announcing options for the proposed M4 East.  Instad of an easy interview, there was lively discussion about the impacts of pollution from road tunnels and the availability of particulate filtration.  Also comments on the M5 East and Lane Cove Tunnels.  M5 East closure in one direction.
